Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning your item, so that we know to expect it and can process your return.  Exchanges ship for $4.95. For defective items,  we will communicate with the manufacturer to resolve the issue on your behalf. When making a return, we recommended that you include delivery confirmation and insurance with your return package. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it.

Baby carriers - New or used, we accept returns of all baby carriers. New, unused baby carriers receive a full refund, minus actual shipping. Used baby carriers receive refund, minus a 10% restocking fee and actual shipping. Store credit is issued for woven and/or stretchy wrap returns, as we cannot sell them as new even if just unfolded. All other baby carriers receive refund via same method paid.

Diaper Bags, Outerwear and Leg Warmers - Returns are accepted on new, unused and in original packaging diaper bags, outerwear and leg warmers in original packaging.

All products purchased on sale, clearance, pre-order or special order are final sale. Products listed in The Mama Stash, as well as books are final sale.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are issued via email directly to the recipient's email address. Gift certificates are transferable. The full value of the gift certificate must be used when making a purchase. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and returns of goods purchased with a gift certificate are refunded via store credit.

Shipping within USA
Shipping within the USA is a flat fee of $4.95 within the USA. Free shipping (limited time) on orders over $50. Insurance is extra and may be selected during checkout. Preferred shipping method is Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. In stock items usually ship out within two business day. Insurance is optional and available for purchase with every order.

International Shipping
Shipping outside of the USA is $25 for the first 2 items and then it's $10 for each additional item. International orders will be refunded any shipping fee above the actual shipping cost.International orders will be refunded any shipping fee above the actual shipping cost. Preferred shipping method is Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. In stock items usually ship out within one business day. Please familiarize yourself with your country's customs fees before ordering, as we are not responsible for custom fees charged by your country. Tracking to you is only available with Express mail. Please contact us for Express mail shipping cost.

Payment
Payment is processed through secure network. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card, as well as Pay Pal payment.

Pricing
We do our best to price products affordably and also according to the suggested retail price by the manufacturer. If you find an item lower priced elsewhere and would like to purchase from us instead, please contact us and we'll do our best to match it. We cannot guarrantee that we will do this for every product, but please do not hesitate to ask.
